Rosalia Vila is an Spanish pop and flamenco artist. Since her teenage years she is a part of popular music as well as flamenco. She also explores different genres such as hip-hop soul and Trap. Pepe Habichuela, a flamenco guitar player with a lot of talent, describes her voice by saying it was sweet and had an old-fashioned bit. El Mal Querer is her 2nd album, which was that was released in the year 2018, and was commercially and critically acclaimed. After Los Angeles, her debut album from 2017, she was awarded an Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and also an Latin Grammy nod. La Fama, featuring The Weeknd is due out in 2021. Motomami, her third album was a collaboration with songwriting partners Cory Henry and James Blake. The album was released in 2022 because of an appearance on Saturday Night Live appearance by the famous singer Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the first Spanish artist to sing solo on the show. Along with taking home three additional Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia also became the first woman to win the Latin Album of the Year twice.
